Data of National System of Hydrometeorological Monitoring containing the complex of marine hydrological and weather observations on regular base. Hydrological observations contain 12-h measurement of water surface temperature (° Celsius), water levels (cm), water sampling and determination of water density and salinity, ice phenomena, wave height, wave type and direction. Weather observations contain the 3-hour discrete measurements of air temperature (med., max., min), amount of precipitations, wind velocity and direction, humidity and air pressure.
