Data of National System of Hydrometeorological Monitoring containing the complex of hydrological and weather observations on regular base. Hydrological observations contain 12-h or daily measurement of water surface temperature (° Celsius), water levels (cm), water sampling and determination of turbidity (suspended sediments containment), calculation of water discharge (cub.m/sec) based on HQ rating curves. Weather observations contain the daily measurement of air temperature (med., max., min) and amount of precipitations.
