Observations
Parameters

Chlorophyll pigment concentrations in water bodies; Phosphate concentration parameters in the water column; Primary production in the water column; Secchi disk depth; Dissolved total and organic nitrogen concentrations in the water column; Temperature of the water column; Concentration of suspended particulate material in the water column; Salinity of the water column; Nitrate concentration parameters in the water column; Ammonium and ammonia concentration parameters in water bodies; Nitrite concentration parameters in the water column

Description
Summary

The physico-chemical parameters like water column temperature and Secchi depth are measured during the sampling procedure. Water samples are transported to the laboratory and the measurement process of all other parameters starts in two hours after sampling. The procedure covers nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, phosphate, seston, salinity (conductivity); chlorophyll A, carotinuids and pheopigments concentration; glucose and amino-acid mixture uptake indices.
