Description 
Summary

Stockman is a fisheries database that holds biological port sampling data. Stockman data covers information at the ICES Division level within the North Atlantic Ocean, Irish Sea, Saint George's Channel and Celtic Sea around Ireland. Data within Stockman available from 1960 but 90% of the information is more recent period of coverage over last 20 years. Stockman spatial reference data was collected by Port samplers indicating the ICES division where the catch has been made. Stockman was managed by the Fisheries Ecosystem Advisory Services section within the Marine Institute (Ireland). Stockman supports knowledge and understanding of fisheries resource around Ireland. Data available for years port sampling programme operational and completed.
