| Summary | The major objective of the INTERREG N. Aegean project was to study the Interregional Pollution in the North Aegean. Data of temperature, salinity, turbidity, nutrients, dissolved oxygen, POC, heavy metals, PAH’s, phytoplankton, zooplankton were collected in the water column of the N. Aegean Sea during five cruises. Phytoplankton (chlorophyll-a) and zooplankton biomass as well as phytoplankton and zooplankton species composition were studied at selected stations. |
