Objective of the proposed work is to complete an administrative plan that would aim towards fisheries sustainability in the Argolikos Gulf, with a duration of five-years. The present research, for the first time, constitutes an effort for acquisition of knowledge, with regard to the situation of fisheries resources, but also with the nature and the size of problems that face the coastal fishermen in this area. (that constitutes the 96% of the total fishermen), appreciating afterwards the efficiency and viability of branch in this region. This element will help the responsible administrative institutions to approach more effectively the coastal fishery of the Argolikos Gulf, a region which requires the direct imposition of completed administrative strategy. Parameters: Fishery data (length distribution, reproduction of fishes, decapods and cephalopods, catch per unit effort per gear) coming from coastal and medium fishery, seasonal environmental parameters (temperature, salinity, primary production), socioeconomics data of fishery in the Argolikos Gulf.
