The County Administration in Halland County made in 1993 a programme for a co-ordinated coastal water control of the Halland coast. The aim of the programme was partly to reflect the present pollution situation and partly long term variations and geographical aspects. The programme is also supposed to be able to reflect effects of steps taken on land and give substratum for possible further steps. Simultaneous sampling for phytoplankton was performed. The data has been quality inspected.
