Description
Summary

The general scientific objectives of SESAME Project are to assess and predict changes in the Mediterranean Sea ecosystems as well as changes in the ability of these ecosystems. These datasets were acquired during the cruises SESAME-IT1 and SESAME-IT7 in Adriatic Sea between February and October 2008 using CTD and current profilers. The parameters acquired are: temperature and salinity of the water column, dissolved oxygen, transmittance and attenuance, visible waveband radiance and irradiance, raw fluorometer and horizontal velocity of the water column.
