Description
Summary

The project's general scientific objectives were to study in an integrated manner the impact of climatic and human pressures on the interaction between shelf and deep-sea processes in the central Mediterranean (southern Adriatic and Ionian Seas), and on important biogeochemical and ecological processes of these seas, in order to assess the potential impact on the Ecological Status. This dataset was acquired during the cruise ADREX 2013 in Adriatic Sea in March 2013 using discrete water samplers. The chemical parameters analysed are: pH, dissolved oxygen, nitrate and nitrite concentration, carbon dioxide, phosphate and ammonia.
