| Summary | Sweden has an environmental monitoring programme on marine litter on Swedish beaches run by the Swedish Maritime Administration. The knowledge is used in regional and EU collaborations and to follow up measures against waste. There are 16 beaches included in the program and Keep Sweden Clean is responsible for the measurements being carried out and for the results being registered in our database. |
