Summary | The ESCAPE project consisted of a cruise on the Dutch research vessel Pelagia in the southern N Sea in April 1998, when the waters were dominated by a Phaeocystis bloom. Samples were taken from surface waters and analysed for microzooplankton abundance, community structure and grazing activity. |
