Summary | The aim of the project is to monitor the fecundity and the aberrations of the embryonic development in Monoporeia affinis and Pontoporeia femorata in order to investigate the area impacted by anthropogenic pollutants such as metals and organic substances. Amphipods are collected in the late embryogenesis at seven reference stations near the Asko Laboratory in the Baltic Proper and in five reference sites in the Bothnian Sea during week five (Bothnian Sea) and week six (Baltic Proper). |
