| Summary | Phytoplankton production has been monitored at one sampling site since August 1989. This station is located in the outer part of Laholm Bay. Previously, during the 'Eutrophication Project', phytoplankton was monitored at a nearby station between 1980 and 1986. Frequency of sampling is 20-25 times per year, with a lower intensity during the winter months. Sampling interval covered 1985-1997. Data from simultaneous sampling for water physics/chemistry are stored at the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, SMHI. |
