| Summary | Volunteer survey of the number and types of litter on beaches around the UK. Data are collected by members of the public on pre-printed forms and returned to the Marine Conservation Society for input and analysis. Analysis is undertaken to quantify litter and identify the contribution from specific sources - recreational, fishing, shipping and sewage derived. |
