| Objectives | The purpose of the leg was to drill selected priority sites and if necessary bad weather sites in which pre-Quaternary rocks would be encountered. Fugro re-entry system; NEC gas recorder; drill.
3 sites were occupied (61, 92 and 96) and geological objectives were carried out. At site 62, 3 boreholes, 78/1, 78/1A and 78/1B, were drilled; at 92, 1 borehole, 78/2, was drilled; and at 96, 1 borehole, 78/3, was drilled. |
