PurposePassage
ObjectivesTo establish the trace metal chemistry, mineralogy and reminant magnetisation of both soil sized and total particulates from the lower troposphere over the various regions of the North and South Atlantic. Samples were collected by both mesh technique and filtration, for subsequent analysis in the laboratory at Liverpool.

This was opportunistic sample collection during passage between the UK and Brazil.
