Objectives | 1. Recover at 53° 32'N 3° 21.8'W:
Seabed frame with 600kHz ADCP to measure mean current profile; also fitted with transmissometer/conductivity/temperature logger and pressure recorder; Seabed frame with 600kHz ADCP to measure fast sample current profiles and pressure; Single point mooring with temperature and conductivity loggers at 2, 5, 10m below surface. 2.Deploy at 53° 32'N 3° 21.8'W: Seabed frame with 600kHz ADCP to measure mean current profile; also fitted with transmissometer/conductivity/temperature logger, pressure recorder and Sea-Bird MicroCat; Single point mooring with temperature and conductivity loggers at 2, 5, 10m below surface. 2. Conduct CTD survey of 34 stations every 5 miles covering eastern Irish Sea to determine effects of rivers Dee, Mersey and Ribble on Liverpool Bay. | ||||||||||||||||||||
