2) To study the relationship between ship and net tracks when the gear is being manoeuvred 3) To tow various gears over a hydrophone range laid by FRV ''Clupea'' in the Moray Firth ''Explorer'' returned to Aberdeen from the 24/08/1972 was delayed till the 29/08/1972 due to a crew shortage. Bad weather prevented any acoustic work being done on the day which was available for this purpose |
