3) To collect stomach contents of common and long rough dab

''Mara'' berthed in Buckie on the 19/06/1970, and returned to Buckie for repairs on the 26/07/1970. The ship went to Aberdeen for modifications to be made to the trawl which had been causing some chafing damage to the side of the vessel. ''Mara'' returned to Aberdeen to unload scientific equiptment on the 09/07/1970
