To survey the distribution and abundance of 0-group herring and sprats in the Clyde with a mid-water trawl.

To catch demersal fish by hand-line on the dumping ground off Garroch Head for pollution analysis.

Results:
Trawling successful catching herring and saithe. The latter were tagged. Line fishing unsuccessful but some trawled fish kept for analysis.
