(1) Assess the temperature-salinity characteristics of the Wyville-Thompson Ridge overflow. STD survey accomplished.
(2) Bottom temperature surveys. Accomplished through an STD survey.
(3) Repeat STD stations along the main axis of the overflow. Accomplished.
(4) Determine the path of the overflow into the Rockall Trough through repeated STD sections. Accomplished.
