1) To tag spawning cod in the eastern English Channel, Southern Bight and Middle North Sea. 2) To collect samples of plaice and brill for FCG and return them to Lowestoft. 56 hauls made in various places: in the eastern English Channel, Southern Bight, 25 miles south of Brown Bridge, near Place gas field, and around the White Bank. 586 cod were tagged and released 100 live plaice and 1 brill returned to Lowestoft selected length and girth measurements were made on whiting, cod and haddock |
