ObjectivesAims

1. To collect 300 live Arctica islandica (L.) with the Arctica dredge covering a range of sizes/ages from the mouth of Belfast Lough (Station C) for later use in an ageing research project.
2. To quantitatively sample the A. islandica populations at Belfast Lough using a day grab.
3. To collect Glycymeris glycymeris off the S coast of the Calf of Man, South of the Isle of Man (54.02495 °N 4.80945 °W), using the Anchor Dredge.
4. To collect G. glycymeris off the E coast of the Isle of Man (54.11685 °N -4.4216°W), using the Anchor Dredge.
