The vessel sailed at 21:00 on 26 May 2002 Belfast and proceeded to the first station off county Down. Sampling started at 03:05 on 27 May. The vessel had to return to Belfast on 28 May to allow a member of the crew to disembark. The survey was completed at 04:00 on 30 May.
