| Objectives | Hydroacoustic and trawl survey on redfish in the Irminger Sea and adjacent waters.The redfish occours in this area in a depth between 200 - 1000 m. In this depth interval we find also a deep scattering layer disturbin the estimation of the redfish aboundance by hydroacoustical mean. Therefore the aboundance is measured by hydroacoustic above the deep scattering layer and by trawl catches within and below this layer. |
