Objectives | The objectives of this cruise were:
(1) Service the current meter mooring at 57N, 9W. Mooring recovered. (2) Work four STD sections across the Rockall Channel between Porcupine Bank and the Anton Dohrn Seamount. Accomplished, including the standard Ellett Line Rockall via Anton Dohrn section. (3) Obtains Shipek grab sediment samples for the Aberystwyth University. Accomplished. (4) Collect large-volume surface water samples on the Scottish shelf for radiocaesium analysis. Accomplished. |
