INOPEX amalgamates national and international expertise in the application of modern biogeochemical and paleoceanographic, as well as dating methods to produce a major step towards a more substantial understanding of past climate processes involving the ocean and atmosphere as well as continental ice (during glacial periods) in the polar North Pacific realm.
