| Objectives | 1. To deploy current meter moorings in the Moray Firth area at the following positions:-
i. 57º 56'N 2º 54'W ii. 58º 11.6'N 3º 1.2'W iii. 58º 25.2'N 1º 36.5'W 2. To work hydrographic/chemistry stations at the positions given on the attached list. 3. To collect grab samples for organic carbon analysis along section B (see attached station list). The lightness of the Van Veen grab and the prevailing sea conditions and/or the nature of the bottom prevented grab samples being obtained. |
