| Objectives | 1. To conduct a routine monitoring survey of the Liverpool Bay sewage sludge dumpsite using grabbing and coring.
2. To collect samples of benthos for chemical analysis at MBA. 3. To collect sediment and water/suspended solids for 234Th analysis as part of a study of scavenging and sediment disturbance in the Burbo Bight. All the aims were successfully achieved. In addition, grab surveys of the Burbo Bight and Old Site Z were carried out. |
