Objectives1) Faroe-Sheltand hydrographic lines
2) Faroe fish-environmental survey
3) An annotated record of surface tempertaure and salinity was made using a salinograph on route from Aberdeen to Faroe Bank and again from Nolso to Flugga, and back to Aberdeen
4) A few shallow net hauls were made to catch Calanus for Mr Garcia Braun to undertake feeding experiments of this copepod, in which carbon-14 and chlorophyll were used as parameters for growth
5) A proportion of cod from each catch was examined for worm infestation in the flesh
6) All specimens of Argentine were frozen and brought back to the laboratory for further study

A short break was made at Klaksvik, and a 2 day break was made in Thorshavn.
