| Objectives | Recovery of a crurent meter mooring by trawling.
A new mooring was laid in the standard postion. A current mooring was laid in Irvine Bay and left for 10 days before recovery. Drogue tracking was carried on in Kilbronnan Sound and to the east of Arran. Hydrographic stations and plankton hauls were made in those areas as well as in Irvine Bay. |
