| Objectives | Annual cruise to commission, test and trial a variety of oceanographic survey equipment.
Main tasks: 1. To evaluate RoxAnn ground type discrimination system at frequencies of 50, 120 and 200 kHz. 2. To evaluate CODA and ELICS sidescan mapping and processing system with EG & G 262+D towfish. 3. To sample a transect eastwards from the Humber for chemical contamination in benthos (ancilliary aim). |
