Description: Gulf VII-type towed plankton sampler, deployed in 'V'-shaped profile from surface to near bottom and back to surface. Zooplankton and eggs/larvae collected using 270 micron and 80 micron mesh nets with self-logging flow meter units. Samples preserved in formalin for analysis on shore as described under 'objectives'.
