Objectives | Biochemical survey of the area 47-48degN, 7-7.30degW in the vicinity of La Chapelle Bank (Gulf of Biscay)
Main tasks: 1. Underway measurements of salinity, temperature, relative fluorescence, meteorological parameters, pCO2, pH and dissolved O2. 2. Vertical profiles of nutrients, pH, total alkalinity, chlorophyll. 3. Production measuremetns with 14C, 15N, 32P. 4. Suspended matter characterisation with SAP's and continuous centrifugation (surface). |
