1. To recover and deploy SmartBuoy moorings at the West Gabbard and Warp and collect calibration samples (AE004).
2. Service the Waverider at Hastings (C1828)
3. Collect water at NMMP sites from Tyne to Varne (AE004)
4. Collect spatial samples around the SmartBuoys (AE004)
Sail from Lowestoft on the morning tide Sunday 19th February (approx 00:30) and proceed to the S Bight (NMP 395) and then Outer Gabbard NMP (475) to deploy the CTD rosette. Service the SmartBuoys at the West Gabbard. Collect further CTD samples at NMP 395, NMP 345, NMP 285, 245, 295 375, 385. Return to Lowestoft to collect fuel pump - aborted due to breaking one boat and the 2nd not being in service. Back to the West Gabbard to service the DWM SmartBuoy again. CTD anchor stn then off to Dover to collect fuel pump. Round into the Channel. Varne (NMP 485) for a CTD cast and then on to Hastings to service the Waverider and guard buoys. To rough to safely recover buoys so on down to Selsey NMP (495) for a CTD cast. Return to Hastings to successfully service the buoys. NMP 465 for CTD and then the Warp to service the SmartBuoy and guard buoy. Dock at Lowestoft on the evening tide of 24th Feb (approx 18:00).
