Purpose | Research |
Objectives | The objectives were to conduct benthic sampling at approximately 10-12 stations in 3 transects within the Statoil block. Rapid progress was made during the Statoil sampling and further sampling was requested by Statoil to be conducted on Agip sampling sites (7 sites were sampled in total). Box cores, multi-cores, bed-hop camera and CTD were deployed during sampling. Trawling equipment (NIOZ Agassiz trawl) was deployed at one of the Statoil transects. |
