Objectives | The objective of this cruise in the North-East Atlantic - Rockall Trough area was to sample the deep-sea and outer shelf macro- and meio-benthos, midwater plankton and bathyal demersel fish populations, in order to continue a study of seasonal changes in these communities, and to provide material for a pilot study of heavy metal dispersal in deep water. |
