| Objectives | 1. To carry out a survey, using the Granton trawl, of 1- and 2-group gadoids.
2. To tag pre-recruit cod. 3. To collect post-larval and 0-group cod for morphometric and feeding studies, including studies on the development of the otolith. 4. To carry out shipboard incubation experiments on fish eggs. 5. To carry out rigging trials on the 2 sq m Lowestoft frame trawl. 6. To collect otoliths from plaice, sole, cod and whiting. None of the objectives were completed due to problems with the ship. |
