Objectives1) To obtain accurate information on the depth distribution of blue whiting larvae

4) The Marconi Fishgraph was run almost continuously during the whole trip
5) An echo plankton grid of the area 100 miles SE of Rockall Bank was started on the 08/06/1967 until the 14/06/1967
6) Information on the declination and divergence of the warps etc were collected
7) Samples of Argentina Silus and blue whiting were deep frozen for analysis in the laboratory and several of the less common dogsfishes were also kept
8) An echo/plankton survey of the whole of Rockall Bank was carried out. A plot of blue whiting in an area of high abundance was done

Trawling did not start on the Rockall Bank till the 07/06/1967. The underwater camera was fitted to the headline of the trawl for the 6 hauls carried out at the 24 hour station.
