ObjectivesThe principal objective of the cruise on the MV OIL TEMPEST was to deploy a current meter mooring in the Block 17 Girassol, offshore Angola.

A full depth CTD was also carried out to calibrate the salinity of the current meters. The mooring was successfully deployed.
