Summary

The dataset contains marine meteorological observations covering the world ocean. The frequency is from 4 - 8 obs/day. The data set is systematized by 39 geographical regions: inside a region - 10 ° Trapeziums; inside 10 ° trapezium - 1 ° Trapezium; inside 1 ° trapezium - time sequence. The data are checked visually, syntactically and for limiting values. Initial dates of a period are different for each tape.
