| Summary | We are presently compiling data on the abundance of seacoast icthius species and types of sizes of each species within a protected sea area (Marine Reserve of Tabarca) and in a non-protected area for the comparison of icthiofauna under the 'reservation effect'. Data are compiled seasonally in bionomical homogeneous communities (Posidonia, rock) at a total of twelve stations - within and outside the reserve - and data from two consecutive years are now available. The availability of the data is conditioned to their prior publication in the Thesis. |
