Description
Summary

A collection of meiofauna collected in the course of two sampling expeditions. The first is the study of meiofauna associated with a sandy bottom of amphioxus with 13 samples in a year (monthly), and a further 4 in the second year with a quarterly frequency. The second sampling comprises 36 stations, 20 in the intertidal and 16 in subcoastline during 1989 and 1990. The samples were taken by hand using 50 and 100 cc syringes, either directly or underwater using diving equipment. All these samples were taken in the Ria of Ferrol. Samples were also taken with a naturalist's rectangular dredge at other locations (Arosa, Vivero, Ares-Betanzos) and Van Veen dredge (Ria of La Coruna).
