Description | |
Summary | Information obtained in the course of 12 tagging cruises carried out in the waters of the Canary Islands between 1979 and 1991. Most of these cruises correspond to the skipjack (approximately 7,000 entries). There is a file containing the following data on tagging and recoveries: Tagging - cruise, fishing gear, type and number of tags, species, dates, situation and size; Recovery - date, situation, size, weight, fishing gear, species and particulars of the recuperator. This information is sent to the International Committee for the Conservation of the Atlantic Tuna, which is in possession of a general tagging file. |
