Description | |
Summary | Two inter-tidal transects and one low water mark transect were established, consisting of a total of 21 sites. Two cores (10cm diameter to 20cm depth) were taken at each site. The samples were sieved (1mm mesh) in the laboratory before faunal analysis. |
