Objectives
A) Recover an ADCP mooring at 53 26.9'N 3 30.2'W (Coastal Observatory station 12). B) Perform sidescan sonar survey and obtain sediment grab/box cores in Welsh Channel. C) Perform 18-hour station in Welsh Channel: CTD profiles half-hourly, sediment filtering hourly; INSSEV (in situ settling velocity) deployments. D) Recover mini-STABLE mooring at 53 22.2'N 3 19.5'W. E) Perform sidescan sonar survey and obtain sediment grab/box cores in Hilbre Channel. F) Perform 25-hour station in Hilbre Channel: CTD profiles half-hourly, sediment filtering hourly; INSSEV deployments. G) Recover STABLE mooring at 53 22.5'N 3 14.2'W. This is the recovery leg of the first Dee Experiment cruise of 2009. |
