PurposeResearch
Objectives1. To service an ADCP mooring and a Smartbuoy at 53 32N 3 22W.
2. To recover an ADCP mooring and a single point mooring at 53 27N 3 39W and re-deploy the ADCP mooring and deploy a SmartBuoy in place of the single point mooring.
3. To obtain CTD profiles and water samples at the Coastal Observatory sites.
The cruise is the 26th in a series starting in August 2002 to maintain the moorings in objective 1 & 2 and to steam round a CTD grid in Liverpool Bay/the eastern Irish Sea, objective 3.
