Objectives1. To undertake a demersal trawling survey of the North Sea.
2. To obtain temperature and salinity data from surface and sea bed at each trawling position.
3. To collect water samples from statistical rectangle 45F1 for use in the laboratory by the Environmental Impact Section.
4. To obtain samples of selected species of fish and shellfish for sensory assessment and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) concentration and composition analysis.
