Recover 5 whale pop-ups (Acoustic Recording Packages (ARPs)) that had been deployed just north of South Georgia during cruise JR177. JR214 Objectives 1. Deploy mooring in the South Atlantic Gyre (SAG) JR222 Objectives 1. Deploy Carioca drifter buoys for L'OCEAN, France, at 47 13'S 034 23'W. Ships staff deployed two buoys 400 metres apart. JR223 Objectives 2. Deploy mooring for NOAA, USA, at 50 00'S 034 00'W. |
