PurposeResearch
ObjectivesOMEX II cruise to the northern Iberian Margin, objectives were:
1. To recover and redeploy moorings with sediment traps and current meters. SAPS added to redeployment.
2. To determine cross- and along-slope gradients in physical (CTD, transmission) and biological (productivity, nutrients, grazing, SPM composition) water column properties.
Transects as determined in WP2 were sampled from shelf to slope.
